Cu Franka și Jens ne-am văzut încă din 2020. Ne-am întâlnit de mai multe ori, dar nimic nu se concretiza din cauza pandemiei.
Când în sfârșit am reușit să programăm nunta, știam că va fi ceva epic. Fiind în aprilie, știam că toată lumea se va distra maxim fiind prima nuntă din sezon. Spoiler: așa a și fost! 😀

Jens always dreamed to have a vintage car as his wedding car. He bought a Wartburg 311, an East-German car from 1963. After many months and monetary investments he finally finished his "Warti", which served not just as eyecatcher on many pictures, but also drove us safely to the civil ceremony. As dancing is a vital part of the party, we trained many weeks our own wedding dance, but also invited the Ansamblul Folcloric Studentesc "Martisorul" who introduced traditional Romanian dances with our guests. This was very toughing for us, as it made us once again aware of the great time we have had so far in Transylvania and Romania. Saying yes to each other and changing rings - in civil ceremony and with God's blessing in the church surrounded by our guests was very special for us.

First, the network and expertise of a good wedding planner is such an asset, while on the days itself he ensured a smooth organization in the background and kept our backs free. We could relax on our own wedding and enjoy the time at its fullest.
Second, ask some of your guests and family members for their involvement in smaller preparations to allow them becoming a active part of it. On the side you will have an even more personalized event.
Third, ask many questions to the vendor and don’t hesitate to switch if you feel its not matching professionally or on personal level. We changed our wedding planner early and that was exactly the right thing to do. Last but not least, even preparations are stressful, don't miss out to sparkle joy in these moments - they are all once-in-a-lifetime and great memories afterwards for you as a couple.

Our location was the Sun Garden Golf & Spa Resort close to Cluj-Napoca and we defined a menu with them based on our preferences and a food testing. The Sun Garden combines a ball room with a high amount of available hotel rooms in very nice, calm and natural surrounding. Plus the place has an own chapel.
